Just a few blocks from Lake Michigan, our 3264 N. Clark Street clinic is conveniently located in the lively and diverse Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago, and within walking distance from the Belmont L station.
We specialize in treating people who have tried other treatments for depression, anxiety, OCD, and other mental health diagnoses but have not found relief from traditional treatment. We offer deep brain stimulation through transcranial magnetic stimulation, also known as TMS, intranasal ketamine treatment with SPRAVATO®, as well as medication management.
We’re here to help. If you have questions or would like to book an appointment, give us a call or complete the confidential form here.
