Receptionist is rude and unwelcoming nearly every time I Come. Definitely thinking about a new provider simply because of the awful receptionists.
Kelly was great, she made me feel seen like an actual person and has given me hope that someone is on my side going forward. I was not scared and did not feel overlooked or brushed off.
