Came here today for Covid booster shot, and getting refilled Rx. The staffs here are always nice and friendly. The pharmacy wait time seems like shorter than the Kaiser Promenede location.
The first time here at this Kaiser Permanente location. Easy access y'all. The parking garage was popping and even more inside. The service was grand and pleasantly quick.
It is my opinion that Kaiser does a great job. I have had some problems but nothing serious. The lines are always long in pharmacy, but they move quickly. Staff is very efficient.
I grew up hearing nightmares about kaiser, and every time I go into this facility, I feel more like I'm in a spa, more than a hospital.
