Pardell, MD, DLFAPA, who has been serving the Hudson Valley community since 1996, Clearwave Mental Health is on the cutting edge of mental health treatment and strategies. Specifically, we are first in the group in the Hudson Valley to offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS Therapy) – a non-invasive treatment for drug-resistant depression, anxiety, OCD, and more.
